We create made-to-order, handcrafted pet keepsakes based on the photos, stories, and customization choices you provide.

Because each piece is handmade, finished items will vary slightly and may differ from on-screen previews and placeholder imagery.

An order is confirmed once payment is completed. Prices are shown in US dollars and include the options you select; shipping is calculated at checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, shipping, and customization details. We may contact you if anything you submit is unclear or unusable.

Production times are estimates; because pieces are made by hand, timelines may shift and we will keep you informed.

Every keepsake is personalized and made to order just for you, which means it cannot be resold. For that reason, once we begin production your order can no longer be cancelled or refunded, and finished personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange — the only exception is an item that arrives damaged or defective. If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as early as possible; we can usually accommodate requests made before production starts.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a repair or replacement.

You keep ownership of the photos and stories you submit, and you grant us the limited right to use them to produce your order and provide support.

All site content, designs, and the keepsakes' artistic expression remain our intellectual property. Stories you choose to publish may appear in our public gallery once approved.

You confirm you have the right to share any photo you upload.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or its products.
